At Lift With Mags Personal Coaching, I help men and women age 20+ lose body fat, gain muscle, and reverse PCOS symptoms through Holistic Nutrition Coaching, Sustainable Strength Training, and Lifestyle Intervention.
Hailee is a Hybrid (online and in person) client who struggles with severe PCOS symptoms including absent periods and high insulin resistance. Her doctors put her on birth control however this only made things worse. With low energy levels, severe fatigue and navigating her relationship with food, she felt that she couldn't make any strides forward. Online coaching is a flexible personal training solution where you get to workout wherever and whenever you prefer. Through the Lift With Mags training app, you have your workouts programmed with video demonstration, checklists, and feedback to assist you in completing the exercises correctly. You have your food log to track nutrition, habit tracker, and additional resources to aid you throughout the week. Every week we check in via Video Call to go over past weeks progress and set goals for the upcoming week, as well as celebrate wins and go over any coaching topics necessary.

Nutrition Coaching is more than just tracking your food. It is a comprehensive and holistic coaching program to improve your health, aid in reaching physique or performance goals, and build a healthy relationship with food. We fill in the blanks of your eating habits with Micronutrients your body needs, discuss Macronutrients and their role in nutrition, set actionable tasks each week to apply knowledge to your every day life, and monitor progress with weekly check ins. Either in person or online, Nutrition Coaching is a comprehensive guide to a better lifestyle.

We meet at TG The Gym Mesa to conduct your initial movement assessment and go over training frequency, scheduling, and nutrition coaching. Once training frequency (how many sessions each week) is established and first session is scheduled, I build out your workout program and nutrition coaching, onboard you to our training app, and get you set up with your weekly workouts! If you see me 1-2 times every week, you will receive additional workouts to complete on your own. If you see me 3-4 x / week, additional workouts will be determined based on goals and your lifestyle, work schedule, and life stressors, all of which determine your success in reaching your goals. We will track progress with weekly check in forms and progress photos (if your goals are physique related), and progress your program regularly to keep you on track.
