Online Personal Trainers can structure their businesses in multiple ways; some incorporating Zoom Sessions, and other's using Pre-Made Videos to share with clients.
The Online Training Marketplace is relatively new, and it's sometimes confusing trying to understand what exactly you're signing up for! So allow me to break down the process for Lift With Mags Online Personal Training and remove the confusion!

The Lift With Mags Way
​
I wanted to create a simple and efficient way to conduct my Online Training business, and that's exactly what I've done. Scheduling single workout sessions can be a pain, and charging by the hour for a session in which you don't get a personalized plan to work on after the session is over doesn't serve you to the best that it can! So I'm doing things differently.
​
There are no Zoom Call Workouts and no Individual 30-minute sessions to have to schedule for and actually do the workout together, because I want to empower you through fitness knowledge that you can take with you for the rest of your life! So, instead, we video chat once a week to Check In on your progress and tweak what we need to tweak, check form on any exercises you're struggling with, reflect on your accomplishments from the past week and set one goal for the upcoming week!

"Okay, cool, but... who guides me through the workout?"
​
Great question! After we conduct your Initial Check In and Movement Assessment when you first start with me, I create your program in the Lift With Mags training App and assign it to your Profile, so you can start right away with your first workout!
​
The workouts are all guided by video tutorials and I include tips in the notes that will help you execute the form to the best of your ability! But, if you have any questions about any of the exercises, you can record your form and send it to me to verify and get instant feedback instead of waiting for our Check In!
​
Safety is my top priority! So I will never program an exercise that you are not ready for or not comfortable with! Not ready for a Barbell Squat? That's okay! Let's try the Leg Press to get you started!

How do I Get Started?

The first step is to check out the both In Person Training and Online & Hybrid Training pages to view the differences in services and select the commitment you're ready for! My Online Training comes with a week long free trial, so you won't be charged until the free trial ends! Don't like how online training is? Cancel for free before the free trial ends!

The Onboarding Process
​
Once I receive your notification that you've purchased a program, I will use the email you provided at checkout to onboard you to the Lift With Mags app. You'll receive an email inviting you to download the app and activate your account!
​
During the activation process, you'll answer a Welcome Questionnaire so I can get to know you better, and a Health PAR-Q Questionnaire determining if you have any health concerns I need to be aware of.
​
After you've activated your account, I will message you through the app to schedule your Initial Check-In and Movement Assessment via Video Chat!
The Fun Part!
​
After all the initial formalities and getting to know each other, we meet once a week via video chat for our Weekly Check In's to keep you on track!
​
Every client gets added to the Lift With Mags Client Community Group Chat to keep each other accountable, stay up to date on any LWM business or announcements, and to have that sense of community that fitness fosters!
