I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020. With severe symptoms, I was put on birth control and all it did was make it worse. Couldn't lose body fat, couldn't understand why I was always exhausted, and fell into a deep depression due to body image issues. Fast forward 5 years later, I have reversed my symptoms, have balanced my hormone levels and am finally losing body fat while building muscle. And you can do it too.
